Life Coaching-
As your life coach, Theresa is dedicated to listen, understand, support and hold your vision while assisting you to identify and achieve your dreams. She gently guides and motivates you toward optimal clarity, focus, enhanced decision-making skills, and to release old pattern and beliefs. All coaching is designed by the individual's needs.
Spiritual Response Therapy-
Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is an extraordinary life-changing healing system utilized to research, clear and replace negative energies, beliefs, blocks and programming with pure, positive potential. SRT instills a greater ability to handle challenges, see more clearly and allow you to live a more harmonious, joyful and prosperous life.
Spiritual Restructuring-
Spiritual Restructuring (SR) is a powerful system of holistic healing. Utilizing SR, Theresa taps into the cellular memory and wisdom of the body to heal itself by clearing the negativity held in the cellular memory that often perpetuates the recurrence of discomfort and imbalances.
Usui & Karuna Reiki-
Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") is an ancient spiritual healing practice known as the "laying on of hands". It is used to promote relaxation increase immunity, improve blood pressure and reduce pain, anxiety and clear energy blocks that can create illness.
Reiki is both powerful & gentle. It addresses all aspects of negative influences on the body, mind and spirit.
Spiritual Home Clearing-
Are you buying or selling a home?
Does your home or the one you are interested in, give you an odd or not so comfortable feeling? There may be stuck or negative energy lingering in this home. People have arguments, illnesses, fears worries etc; these energies cling to the home, and then to you. Theresa uses a combination of reiki, sage, tibetan bells, and spiritual response therapy (among other things) to do the clearing.
